Authenticated code execution via kernel file upload

Unrestricted file upload in FOGProject 1.5.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code on the server. The authenticated kernel-update page accepts a base64-encoded remote URL and an attacker-chosen kernel name, then stores the fetched content in the web-accessible iPXE service directory without preventing a PHP extension. Access to the management interface is required; a planted PHP file runs commands with the web server's privileges when requested.
