Unauthenticated file read via wildcard path traversal

Path traversal in Node-RED-Dashboard before 2.26.2 allows remote attackers to read server files through a crafted HTTP request. The /ui_base/js/* handler in nodes/ui_base.js joins the wildcard path to the static-file directory without validating the resolved path. No authentication or user interaction is required; reachable files can include Node-RED settings and operating-system account data.
