Command execution via reflected File Manager XSS

Reflected XSS in Webmin 1.973 File Manager allows remote attackers to execute commands after an administrator opens a crafted link. The tunnel/link.cgi endpoint reflects URL-encoded HTML from its path without neutralizing executable markup. The victim must be an authenticated Webmin administrator; the public chain submits filemin/http_download.cgi to place a web shell.
