SQL injection via unsanitized eye exam input

SQL injection in OpenEMR 5.0.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary database queries through the eye exam form. The interface/forms/eye_mag/save.php handler incorporates submitted eye-exam values into SQL statements without adequate neutralization. User-level access is required, but no additional interaction is needed; successful exploitation can read, modify, or disrupt OpenEMR database records.
