Arbitrary file disclosure via unsanitized ConfigName path

Path traversal in NSA Emissary 5.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files via the ConfigName parameter. ConfigFileAction.configFile passes the unsanitized query value to ConfigUtil.getConfigStream and returns the opened file's contents. Access to the web application is required, and successful exploitation exposes any server file readable by the Emissary process, including stored HTTP Digest credentials.
