Unauthenticated command execution via unquoted function name

OS command injection in the dashboard of StackLift LocalStack before 0.12.10 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands via HTTP. The Lambda code route passes the functionName path value into get_lambda_code(), which interpolates it unquoted into an AWS CLI command executed by subprocess.check_output() with shell=True. The dashboard must be enabled and network-reachable; no authentication or user interaction is required, and commands run with the LocalStack process's privileges.
