Unauthenticated SSN disclosure via brute-force search

Information disclosure in VerityStream MSOW Solutions before 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to recover providers' SSN digits. The internet-facing Primary Source Verification search accepts last names and the last four SSN digits as selectors, exposing whether guessed combinations match a provider record. No authentication is required, and automated enumeration can disclose doctors' and nurses' SSN values and associated PII.
