Authenticated arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in the JUMP SOAP API in JUMP AMS 3.6.0.04.009-2487 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The affected file-download endpoint accepts a caller-controlled path without restricting file loading to an authorized server directory. A low-privileged account with network access to the SOAP API is sufficient, exposing file contents without enabling file modification.
