Missing authorization in Nuvoton NPCT75x TPM 1.2 firmware 7.4.0.0 allows local users with high privileges to read or modify non-volatile memory. Nuvoton identifies an authorization failure in TPM non-volatile-memory access but has not disclosed the responsible command, handler, or validation error. Exploitation requires local authenticated high-privilege access and can expose or alter TPM-stored data without interrupting service.
