Session interception via TLS 1.0 negotiation

Inadequate TLS encryption in Secomea GateManager, LinkManager, and SiteManager before 9.7 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept sessions. The shared TLS stack permits clients to negotiate TLS 1.0 when connecting to GateManager, accepting cryptography that does not provide the required session protection. A network-path position is required, and successful interception can expose or alter session data or interrupt service.
