Authentication bypass in Nokia BTS TRS web console FTM_W20_FP2_2019.08.16_0010 allows remote attackers to access all web-panel functionality. The console mishandles URL-encoded period characters in requests, allowing unauthenticated requests to circumvent its authentication process and reach exposed functions. Exploitation requires network access to the web panel; successful access can expose, alter, or interrupt any functionality the panel provides.
