Cross-tenant user modification via unchecked object reference

IDOR in Annex Cloud Loyalty Experience Platform before 2021.1.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to modify any existing user. The user-update operation accepts an object reference without enforcing the referenced user's environment or client ownership. Any authenticated account can cross those tenant boundaries and alter another user's stored data, while the public record does not identify the endpoint or parameter involved.
