Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted alert destinations

SSRF in the Alerting plugin in Amazon Open Distro for Elasticsearch before 1.13.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach arbitrary hosts. Destination creation accepts user-supplied HTTP endpoints without rejecting hosts outside the intended notification scope. Alerting-management privileges are required; successful requests can enumerate listening services or interact with reachable resources.
