Application crash via freed texture resource read

Use-after-free in LeoCAD before 21.03 allows local users to crash the application by opening a new document after restoring the last one. The lcView::DestroyResources function frees a texture resource that lcTexture::Upload later reads while the replacement project view is drawn. The sequence requires LeoCAD to reopen the previous document and a user to select File > New; published impact is limited to an application crash.
