Password disclosure via reused authorization lock file

Race condition in CyberArk Credential Provider before 12.1 allows local users to disclose passwords through concurrent loopback requests. Its user-identification logic indexes an ephemeral lock file by TCP source port, discards the loopback source address, and reuses the authorized request's identity for piggyback requests. An unprivileged local user must win a timing race against a legitimate query; success returns passwords and password metadata accessible to that authorized identity.
