OS command injection in Quectel EG25-G firmware through 202006130814 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via an AT command. The quectel_handle_fumo_cfg_command routine formats the dmacc argument into an ipth_dme command and passes it to system() without sanitizing shell metacharacters. Access to the modem's AT-command interface is sufficient, and injected commands execute as root within the modem's separate Linux environment.
