Account deletion via unvalidated cross-site request

Cross-site request forgery in PESCMS Team 2.3.3 allows remote attackers to delete administrator or member accounts through a crafted request. The User action route accepts a POST request that sets method=DELETE and an attacker-controlled id, then deletes the selected account without validating request origin. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator or member to submit the attacker's form, and the demonstrated effect is account deletion.
