Memory disclosure via unchecked CLIF pointer increment

Out-of-bounds read in RIOT-OS 2021.01 allows remote attackers to disclose memory contents through crafted CLIF attribute input. In sys/clif/clif.c, clif_get_attr increments its parsing pointer after finding an equals sign and dereferences it without checking whether it reached the input buffer's end. The parser is reachable without authentication over the network; the documented consequence is memory disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
