Information disclosure via empty-input out-of-bounds read

Buffer over-read in RIOT-OS 2021.01 allows remote attackers to read sensitive information by supplying an empty CLIF attribute input. When decoding a crafted link, clif_decode_link calls clif_get_attr with a zero-length input, which the callee dereferences without checking the length. No authentication or user interaction is required, but an application must expose attacker-controlled data to the CLIF link decoder.
