Authenticated shell escape via OpenSSH exec channel

OS command execution in Akkadian Provisioning Manager Engine before 5.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to escape its restricted shell via SSH. The Appliance Manager account uses bash as its login shell and invokes akkadianAppManager from .bashrc; an OpenSSH exec request makes the interactive Python wrapper exit when /dev/tty is absent, leaving bash to execute the supplied command. A valid SSH account and access to port 22 are required for this flaw alone; successful exploitation runs arbitrary operating-system commands with the account's privileges.
