Privileged Telnet access via negotiation overflow

Authentication bypass in CHIYU BF-430, BF-431, BF-450M, and SEMAC devices allows remote attackers to obtain privileged Telnet access. The Telnet server overflows during protocol negotiation, and a malformed option sequence causes it to treat the connection as already authenticated. Network access to the Telnet service is sufficient; successful exploitation reaches the privileged command interface without credentials.
