Security-policy script disclosure via access-check bypass
Published Jul 13, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Information disclosure in Stormshield Endpoint Security Evolution before 2.1.0 allows attackers to read security-policy scripts. The server access check fails to stop a malicious program launched on an administration-console computer from reading scripts used for policy selection and responses to detected actions. Exploitation requires a user on that computer to execute the malicious program; the reported consequence is read-only script disclosure.
