Authentication bypass in Netsia SEBA+ 0.16.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain active users' session cookies. The /session/list/allActiveSession endpoint returns session identifiers without requiring a session cookie or enforcing its administrator-only access control. Exploitation requires a privileged user to be logged in; a stolen administrator cookie grants immediate administrator access.
