Out-of-bounds read in Apple Model I/O before iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, macOS 11.6.2, and macOS 12.1 allows attackers to disclose user information. Model I/O inadequately validates file-derived input before reading memory, permitting a read beyond the intended buffer boundary. A user or application must process the crafted file; the documented consequence is disclosure of user information, not data modification or service interruption.
