Remote code execution via crafted WebKit content

A WebKit buffer overflow in affected Apple platforms allows remote attackers to execute code by processing maliciously crafted web content. Apple identifies the faulty component as WebKit and the operation as web-content processing, but it has not disclosed the affected function or unchecked buffer copy. Exploitation requires a user to process attacker-controlled web content; successful memory corruption executes code in the target WebKit process.
