Arbitrary code execution via ImageIO WebP over-read

Code execution in Apple iOS and iPadOS before 14.5, tvOS before 14.5, and watchOS before 7.4 allows attackers to run code via a WebP file. ImageIO reads past the end of an allocated data structure while parsing crafted WebP data, and the out-of-bounds result can support code execution. A user or application must cause ImageIO to process the file; direct exploitation exposes the current process, while code execution depends on chaining the read with another flaw.
