Code execution via ImageIO PICT buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Apple ImageIO before iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4, and macOS 11.3 allows attackers to execute code. Crafted PICT image data causes ImageIO to write past the end of an allocated buffer because the parser does not adequately validate input bounds. Exploitation requires a target to open a malicious file or visit a malicious page and executes code in the current process.
