A logic error in the kernel of Apple iOS, iPadOS, and macOS allows attackers to interrupt service via a maliciously crafted message. Apple states that kernel message processing used incorrect state management but has not published the faulty state transition or operation. The crafted message must reach kernel processing; the documented consequence is denial of service, with no reported data access or code execution.
