A double free in Apple iOS and iPadOS before 14.6 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges via a malicious application. The kernel's memory-management path frees the same allocation twice, creating corruption that can be leveraged for privileged code execution. Exploitation requires a locally running application on the affected device; the consequence is arbitrary kernel-level code execution, not a remotely reachable service compromise.
