Out-of-bounds write in ImageIO in Apple iOS and iPadOS before 14.5 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted TIFF image. ImageIO writes crafted TIFF data past the end of an allocated buffer while parsing the file. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open the file, after which code runs in the context of the ImageIO-using process.
