Use-after-free in Google Chrome's Extensions API before 92.0.4515.159 allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted HTML. Google identifies the affected locus only as the Extensions API; public records do not disclose the freed object or lifetime error that leaves it reachable. Exploitation requires installation of a malicious extension and subsequent processing of a crafted HTML page in the browser.
