Authenticated SQL injection via asset parameters
Published Jul 22, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in SysAid Help Desk 20.3.64 b14 allows remote authenticated users to read, alter, or disrupt data via asset-management requests. AssetManagementChart.jsp, AssetManagementList.jsp, and AssetManagementSummary.jsp pass computerID or group1 values into blind and stacked SQL queries without adequate neutralization. User-level access to the Asset Management interface is required, and crafted requests can affect database confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
