Out-of-directory file writes via unchecked repository paths

Path traversal in isomorphic-git before 1.8.2 allows remote attackers to write files outside a clone directory via a crafted repository. GitTree.parseBuffer and GitIndex parsing accepted directory separators or parent-directory sequences in repository paths without rejecting them before checkout. Exploitation requires an application to clone or check out an attacker-controlled repository, and resulting writes retain the application's filesystem permissions.
