User-to-Administrator escalation via symlink-following chmod

Link following in VestaCP 0.9.8-24 and earlier allows local users to take over the Administrator account through a domain request. The v-add-web-domain script runs chmod on an existing user-controlled domain path without rejecting symlinks, changing permissions on linked directories and admin user.conf. A standard VestaCP user account and permission to create a web domain are required; exposed RKEY data permits an Administrator password reset.
