CVE-2021-30361

Administrator command execution via GUI Clients input

Published May 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

OS command injection in Gaia Portal before Jumbo HFAs released 13-Apr-2022 allows remote authenticated users to run Gaia OS commands. The GUI Clients settings path incorporates attacker-controlled client definitions into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax; Check Point has not named the specific field or handler. The route requires an authenticated administrator with permission for GUI Clients settings, and successful exploitation executes commands on Gaia OS.
