Memory corruption via unvalidated audio frame count

Out-of-bounds memory access in Qualcomm Snapdragon audio firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory during music playback. The closed-source audio component accepts an attacker-controlled frame count without adequate validation and uses it to access memory beyond the intended buffer. Network access without authentication or user interaction is sufficient; successful exploitation can disclose or modify data or interrupt playback.
