Memory corruption via unchecked MBN header size

Improper MBN validation in Qualcomm Snapdragon Core on affected chipsets allows local users to trigger memory corruption. The Core MBN parser uses the header-declared size without first verifying it against the supplied input-buffer length. Local access to a path that submits a malformed MBN image is required; Qualcomm has not published whether the corruption causes a crash, code execution, or data exposure.
