Protected-resource disclosure via misconfigured SMMU stream

Kernel configuration flaw in Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets allows local users to read protected resources through RPM Secure Stream. The SMMU configuration fails to restrict the RPM secure stream, allowing it to address secure resources outside its intended memory domain. Low-privileged local access is required; exploitation crosses a security boundary and exposes confidential data without changing it or interrupting service.
