A TOCTOU race in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem PDCP and RRC tasks allows remote attackers to cause unspecified impact after a valid RRC command. The modem performs an improper integrity check between the PDCP and RRC tasks immediately after accepting that command, permitting their state to diverge. Network access and a valid RRC command are required; Qualcomm has not disclosed which modem data or operations become exposed or altered by the race.
