Out-of-bounds write in Qualcomm Snapdragon UTILS firmware allows local users to corrupt memory through crafted GPIO configuration. An internal parameters array accepts the configured GPIO count without adequate validation and writes beyond its bounds. Low-privilege local access is required; successful exploitation can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
