Memory corruption via unchecked MBSSID IE length

Buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted MBSSID scan information element. The WLAN scan IE parser copies an attacker-controlled MBSSID parameter without first checking its length against the destination buffer. The crafted scan data reaches the parser without authentication or user interaction; Qualcomm has not disclosed the resulting runtime behavior.
