Heap corruption via unchecked NR5G buffer index

Heap overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon NR5G modem firmware allows local users with low privileges to corrupt heap memory through a crafted index. The NR5G code fails to validate an index before it allocates and writes to a heap buffer, permitting an out-of-bounds write. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access; the resulting memory corruption can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the modem context.
