Service interruption via unbounded OTA message processing

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to exhaust memory via RRC or NAS OTA messages. The RFA modem path does not bound memory consumption while processing radio resource control or network access stratum messages. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exhaustion can interrupt service on affected mobile, automotive, and industrial IoT devices.
