Memory corruption via unchecked VR allocation size

Incorrect buffer-size calculation in Qualcomm Snapdragon VR Service allows local users to corrupt memory through crafted client data. The VR Service passes unvalidated client-supplied values into its memory-allocation size calculation, producing an incorrect buffer size. Local access to a device containing an affected chipset is required, and successful exploitation compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
