Unauthenticated code execution via registration SQL injection

SQL injection in PHP-Nuke 8.3.3 user registration allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted state or OrderBy values. The registration path passes a U.S. state without enforcing a two-letter format and an OrderBy value without an allowlist into SQL query construction. The network-exposed registration interface requires neither authentication nor user interaction; exploitation can execute code in the server application's context.
