Private project-name disclosure via issue journals

Information disclosure in Redmine before 4.0.8 and 4.1.x before 4.1.2 allows remote attackers to discover private project names via issue journals. Issue-journal detail rendering resolves stored project_id changes into project names without checking visibility for each referenced project. Exploitation requires a journal containing a project_id change, and the disclosed data is limited to otherwise private project names.
