Reflected script execution via hotspot target parameter

Cross-site scripting in MikroTik RouterOS through 2021-01-04 allows remote attackers to execute script in a hotspot login page via target. The hotspot login page reflects the untrusted target parameter into returned content without adequate output encoding, allowing attacker-controlled browser script execution. Exploitation requires a victim to load a crafted hotspot URL, and the observed impact is limited to that victim's browser context.
