Arbitrary code execution via helper search order

OS command injection in BurntSushi ripgrep before 13.0.0 on Windows allows attackers to execute programs from an untrusted working directory. Its decompression and --pre launch paths passed relative helper names to Windows process creation, which searches the current directory before PATH. Execution requires ripgrep to run with -z/--search-zip or --pre while an attacker-controlled executable is present in that working directory.
