Authenticated arbitrary file read via path parameter

Local file inclusion in Kaseya VSA before 9.5.6 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through an HTTPS request. The KLC/js/Kaseya.SB.JS/js.aspx endpoint uses the attacker-controlled path parameter to select and return a local file without confining it to permitted content. A valid sessionId is required; another flaw can provide one, and exploitation exposes file contents without reported modification or service interruption.
