Unauthenticated code execution via arbitrary ASPX upload

Arbitrary file upload in Kaseya VSA Unified RMM 9.5.4.2149 allows remote attackers to execute code through uploader.aspx. SystemTab/uploader.aspx accepts any numeric sessionId, then uses attacker-controlled qqfile and PathData values to write arbitrary content into writable paths. Writing an ASPX payload into the webroot and requesting it executes code with the web-server process's privileges, enabling full server compromise.
